Media Release Policy

Authorization for Photography and Video

Beats & Bells may photograph or record video during classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, and events for promotional and educational purposes.

By participating in Beats & Bells activities, participants and parents/guardians grant permission for the studio to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include the participant.

Use of Media

Photographs and videos may be used for:

• studio promotional materials
• social media platforms
• the Beats & Bells website
• advertisements and marketing campaigns
• event highlights or recital footage
• educational or training purposes

No Compensation

Participants acknowledge that media may be used by Beats & Bells without compensation or royalties.

Ownership of Media

All photographs, videos, and media captured during Beats & Bells activities remain the property of Beats & Bells and may be used at the studio's discretion for lawful promotional or educational purposes.

Respectful Use

Beats & Bells is committed to using media in a respectful and appropriate manner that reflects the positive environment of the studio.

Opt-Out Option

Parents or guardians who prefer that their child not appear in promotional photographs or videos may submit a written request to the studio.

Beats & Bells will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests; however, complete exclusion from group photos or event recordings may not always be possible.

Agreement

By enrolling in classes, workshops, or events, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Media Release Policy.
