Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Beats & Bells provides programs for both adults and minors.

Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the minor participant.

The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation in all classes, workshops, rehearsals, and events.

2. Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment in classes, workshops, camps, or events requires registration through the designated enrollment system or website.

Beats & Bells reserves the right to:

• limit class sizes
• change instructors
• adjust class schedules
• modify program structures
• cancel or reschedule classes or events when necessary

Participation is permitted only for individuals who have completed the registration and payment process.

3. Payment Terms

Tuition fees, workshop fees, event registrations, and other program charges must be paid at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• suspension of enrollment
• cancellation of class participation

Any returned payments, failed transactions, or payment disputes may incur additional administrative fees.

4. Refund Policy

All tuition and program fees are non-refundable once a session begins.

Missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

If a participant withdraws after enrollment but before the program begins, any refund or credit will be determined at the sole discretion of Beats & Bells.

If Beats & Bells cancels a program due to operational reasons, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive either:

• a refund, or
• a credit toward a future program.

5. Attendance and Missed Classes

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes during the session.

Due to the structured nature of the programs and limited class capacity, Beats & Bells maintains a strict No Make-Up Classes policy.

Missed classes cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded for any reason, including:

• illness
• travel or vacation
• school activities
• scheduling conflicts
• weather affecting individual participants
• personal circumstances

Tuition reserves the student's place in the class session, not attendance at individual classes.

If a class is cancelled by Beats & Bells, the studio may schedule a replacement class at its discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior within the studio environment.

Beats & Bells reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if a participant:

• disrupts classes
• behaves disrespectfully toward instructors or other students
• creates unsafe or inappropriate conditions

No refunds will be issued for dismissals resulting from misconduct.

7. Health and Physical Participation

Dance classes involve physical activity and carry inherent risks of injury.

Participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that:

• participation is voluntary
• the participant is physically able to engage in dance activities
• all participation occurs at the individual's own risk

Parents and guardians must inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

Participants should not attend classes when experiencing illness or injury that may place themselves or others at risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beats & Bells, its instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• injuries sustained during classes or studio activities
• accidents occurring during workshops or performances
• damages resulting from participation in studio programs
• indirect or consequential losses

Participation in dance classes and studio activities involves inherent physical risks that participants acknowledge and accept.

9. Personal Property

Beats & Bells is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the studio, rehearsal spaces, or event venues.

Participants are responsible for their own personal items.

10. Events, Workshops, and Performances

Beats & Bells may organize performances, recitals, competitions, workshops, and other special events.

Participation in these activities may require:

• additional registration
• rehearsal attendance
• costumes or event fees

Event details and participation requirements will be communicated separately when applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

All choreography, curriculum materials, instructional content, branding elements, and creative works developed by Beats & Bells are the intellectual property of the studio.

Participants may not:

• record choreography for distribution
• reproduce studio content
• distribute or commercially use choreography or materials

without prior written consent from Beats & Bells.

12. Website Use

Users of the Beats & Bells website agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to systems
• misuse website content
• upload harmful or malicious software
• engage in activities that disrupt the website or services

Beats & Bells reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations.

13. Third-Party Services

Beats & Bells may utilize third-party services such as:

• registration platforms
• payment processors
• communication tools
• hosting providers

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Beats & Bells is not responsible for the practices of external service providers.

14. Modifications to Terms

Beats & Bells reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where Beats & Bells operates, including Pennsylvania and Delaware, United States.
